All of our inground pools are built with the “TRIPLE PROTECTION POOL CONSTRUCTION” method. We want your pool to last for decades through our Manitoba winters and we want you to avoid future pool structural issues than can cost thousands to repair. We take it very seriously. We build your pool on concrete piles which is your best insurance against a sinking of your pool. It costs a little more but it’s worth it. Another quality feature we install is Deck Supports. They are heavy gauge steel that is connected back to the pool and they hold up the pool deck even when the back-fill settles. We really love water, except groundwater, so we install a Weeping Tile Ground Water Protection System. Similar to a home system, this keeps the pool structure dry and the ground under the liner dry as well.

As new pool owners we like to make pool ownership simple and easy for you and your family so we include our “95% MAINTENANCE FREE SYSTEM”. With a Prestige pool you will have very little maintenance and hardly an chemical costs. The SaltWater Sanitizer we install provides all the pure chlorine your pool needs for a clean an healthy pool. It stores the all the debris in its large filters and you just clean it at the end of the year. Plus forget about manual vacuuming, we include a robotic pool cleaner. With over 30+ plus year building pools in the Manitoba province, we know that pools take a beating in the Manitoba winter. We have seen pools shift, heave, walls bend and even worse collapse. Plus, with our fast thaw cycle in the spring, we have see liners float, fiberglass pools pop out of the ground and ice damage.

Although there is no guarantee against environmental damage, we add three important contruction features to your pool that greatly reduce the impact on environmental damage. We call it the “TRIPLE PROTECTION CONSTRUCTION” method.

This is standard on all of our Inground Pools we install.

TRIPLE PROTECTION CONSTRUCTION

CONCRETE PILES - Like building a top-level home, we build your pool on concrete piles. This is your best insurance against a pool sinking. The concrete piles are 12” in diameter and 10’ deep below the shallow end. The piles are install under the pool wall and footing with rebar.

DECK SUPPORTS - We must overdig the pool to install the A-Frames braces and install our plumbing. But that leaves a void under the concrete deck. To support the deck we install Integral Steel Deck Supports that are connected back to the steel are a lifetime of support even when the back-fill settles.

WEEPING TILE GROUND WATER REMOVAL SYSYTEM - We really love water, except groundwater, so we install a ground water removal system similar to a home system, this keeps the hydrostatic water pressure from building up. Ultimaltey helping to prevent structural damage and floating liners.

CONSULT-DESIGN-BUILD PROCESS

CONSULTATION

The first step is a backyard inspection with you to discuss your DREAM for your backyard and the wish list for your pool. We look for access, elevation, pool placement, equipment placement and potential obstacles. If you are building a new home, that's great, we would need to see the plans and the property layout.
PROPOSAL

After the initial consultation we will provide you with a comprehensive and personalized proposal for your pool project. This will include the size of pool, the equipment included and any options you were interested in. Our quotations are interactive and you are able to check off the options you would like and fine tune your quotation.
DESIGN

After you approve the proposal, and move forward with a scheduling deposit, we will design your new backyard. We use the top of the line pool design software called POOL STUDIO VIP3D. The software brings your DREAM to life. You will be able to visualize your new pool before we begin. We will then meet with you and go over the design to make sure we've got it right.
BUILD

Next is the ordering meeting where you choose the liner pattern, confirm any other details and provide the ordering deposit. We then order the pool kit. We receive a Pool Blueprint with all the pool kit specs that details the pool including; size, panel placement, pool depths, and all cutouts. We then apply for your permit and schedule your pool build. The build takes approximately 3-6 weeks to complete, depending on the scope of work. There are another two progress payments; one upon the excavation and then another upon the liner installation. We will then complete any finishing touches, vacuum and balance the pool water then give you a complete instruct. Once that is all complete, and you are 100% satisfied, we will collect the final payment.
