Pool Opening Booking
Once we receive your Pool Booking form we will contact you for a Credit Card and add you into our schedule.
BEFORE WE VISIT PLEASE ENSURE:
Water level of pool is at least 1/2 way up the skimmer. If PRESTIGE is removing the cover, no problem, just put the garden hose under cover to raise water. Always monitor your hose as not to overfill. The water level can go as high as 3/4 up the skimmer.
Leave any winterizing equipment beside the pool; such as jets, gauges, baskets, cartridge filters, UV Systems, salt cells, etc. Sometimes we leave these items in your cartridge filter and we will find them, just let us know where your is.
Have the garden hose out and make sure it is operational.
Turn the breaker on for the pool equipment.
Make sure we can access the backyard. As a courtesy, please pick up any dog waste.
All prices are for typical service times. Any unexpected situations such as heavy leaves removal, difficult access or any irregular circumstances will be billed at $80/person per hour on site.
Pool Condition & Water Quality
Our Opening Services are for priced for standard conditions. If extraordinary conditions are present we will discuss the additional costs with you once we arrive.
* If you have excessive leaves, more than a standard garbage bag, a $20 per bag charge will be billed.
* If your pool water is green or brown then chlorine shock treatments will be required, we will contact you.

Pool Closing Booking
Once we receive your Pool Closing form we will contact you for a Credit Card and add you into our schedule.
BEFORE WE VISIT PLEASE ENSURE:
If you are lowering your water make sure the water level is below the return jets.
If PRESTIGE is installing the cover please have that ready beside the pool.
Leave your Winterizing Box beside the pool so we have access to any plugs, light bottles/foam and the green gizzmo’s. We will put your jets, gauges, baskets, salt cells, etc. in the box.
Have the garden hose out and make sure it is operational.
Don’t shut the breaker off for the pool equipment.
Make sure we can access the backyard. As a courtesy, please pick up any dog waste.

POOL WATER CLEAR & BALANCED
* For success in the spring it is important to have the pool water clear and balance before we close the pool. Leaves at the bottom of the pool may stain the liner.

- Complete mechanical inspection and adjustment.
- Lubricate all pulleys for smooth operation.
- Inspect torque limiter, ropes, and guide feeds. Adjust if required.
- Inspect all bolts and screws. Tighten if required.
Replacement parts and labour to install are extra. We will advise if they are required.
